Pearls and Paws is a benefit, craft, and trade event. The profit made from this event will go to My Way Home East Texas Rescue. The event will benefit the pet food bank, veterinary services, preventive medication, sponsorship of fosters, and other services. We will advertise and promote this event for the benefit of all. We encourage you to promote being a vendor at the event. We will involve the community with free services, and low-cost benefits for dog and cat owners. A space is not reserved until payment is received. You will receive an email with instructions on how to pay. Refunds will only be issued for weather alerts, or 3 weeks in advance, September 28th. Any payments received after September 28th are not refundable, the exception is weather alerts.
Vendor/Event Terms and Conditions:
The event will be held on October 19th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Set up time is from 7:30 am to 9:30 am, on the day of the event. All booths must be ready to sell items at 10:00 am. Vendors may not close until 4:00 pm. Tear down must be completed by 6:00 pm.
1. You MUST leave the station in the condition it was in when you set it up. There will be a $30 charge for clean-up if not.
2. The vendor will not be considered booked until the form and payment are received. You will receive an email with payment information. Please include a photo of the booth or product you will be selling or promoting.
3. The vendor will secure all permits required to sell the product(s). This includes State and local permits.
4. THERE WILL BE NO WEAPON(s) SALES OF ANY KIND.
5. Vendor booths will be no larger than 10x10. Respect your neighbor's space.
6. There must be someone present at your booth at all times.
7. Vendors will professionally conduct themselves at all times. If this is violated you will be asked to leave and not be invited back.
8. There will be no music or loud distractions from vendor booths. Respect your neighbors.
9. You will not hold Pearls and Paws, My Way Home East Texas Rescue, or the City of Mineola responsible for your product(s) or damages. You are held liable for the sales and services you provide.
10. VENDORS are required to provide their chairs, tents, tables, and signage.
11. Electricity will be provided to the vendor that requests it within reason at a $10 charge. Limited electrical outlets will be available. Food vendors are required to be self-contained.
12. Parking for vendors will be at the church on Johnson.
